Never used a mobile braiding service before? Here's exactly what to expect when you book with AdorableLook. The whole process is designed to be as simple and stress-free as possible - from your first message to the moment we pack up and leave.

Choose Your Style
Browse our services to find the style you want. Not sure what suits you? Check our gallery for inspiration, or get in touch and we'll help you decide based on your hair type, lifestyle, and budget. There's no pressure - we'd rather take five minutes to get the right style than rush you into the wrong one.
Book and Confirm
Book your appointment online through our booking system. You'll be asked for your address, your preferred date and time, and the style you're after. A £10 deposit is required to confirm your slot - this is deducted from your total on the day.
Prep Your Hair
Before your appointment, wash your hair thoroughly, detangle it completely, and blow-dry or stretch it out. This is the most important step - well-prepped hair means a faster appointment, less discomfort, and a cleaner, longer-lasting result. We'll send you a prep reminder with full instructions after you book.
We Come To You
On appointment day, your stylist arrives at your home at the agreed time. We bring everything needed - no need to prepare a special space, just somewhere comfortable to sit. We'll do a quick consultation at the start to confirm the style and make sure we're aligned before we begin.
Sit Back and Relax
This is the part where you do nothing. Watch TV, take calls, relax - your stylist handles everything. Depending on your style, your appointment will run between 1 and 7 hours. We'll give you a realistic time estimate at booking.
Aftercare Advice
At the end of your appointment, we'll walk you through how to care for your style - how to sleep with it, how to keep your scalp moisturised, when to wash, and when to think about coming back. We want your braids to last as long as possible, so we make sure you leave knowing exactly how to maintain them.
