For most Coventry locations, there is no travel fee. For appointments further afield - such as Birmingham or Leamington Spa - a small travel supplement may apply. This is always confirmed upfront before you commit to anything. No surprises on the day.

Book directly through our online booking system on the website. Choose your style, pick your slot, and pay a £10 deposit to reserve your seat. We recommend booking at least 3–5 days in advance to secure your preferred slot - especially for weekends, which fill up fast.

Yes. A deposit is required to confirm your booking - it secures your slot and covers our preparation time. The deposit is deducted from your total on the day. Deposits are non-refundable for cancellations within 24 hours of your appointment.

Pricing varies by style, length, and hair thickness. As a guide: cornrows from £60, knotless braid sets from £80, faux locs and loc services from £100+. An exact quote is given at booking based on your specific style. What you're quoted is what you pay - no hidden charges.

We accept bank transfer and cash. The deposit is collected securely at the time of booking. The remaining balance is due on the day of your appointment.

We ask for at least 24 hours' notice to reschedule without penalty. Cancellations made within 24 hours will forfeit the deposit. To reschedule, get in touch and we'll find you another slot as soon as possible.

We offer a full range of protective and fashion styles including knotless braids, box braids, boho braids, goddess braids, cornrows, faux locs, crochet braids, passion twists, dreadlocks, Fulani braids, kids' braids, hair extensions, and wig installs. If you have a style in mind that's not listed, get in touch - we very likely do it.

Yes - and we love it. We are patient, gentle, and experienced with children's hair. Popular styles for kids include cornrows, box braids, and simple plaits. We recommend a shorter or simpler style for a child's first appointment to keep things comfortable. A parent or guardian must be present throughout.

Yes. We offer starter locs, retwist and style, interlocking, loc extensions, and general maintenance. Whether you're beginning your loc journey or maintaining an existing set, we can help. Loc appointments tend to be longer sessions - we'll confirm timing and pricing at booking.

Yes, wig installation and hair extension services are available as part of our mobile service. Whether you have your own wig or need guidance on what to source, message us and we'll walk you through the options before your appointment.

In most cases, no - we provide braiding hair as part of the service. If you have a specific brand, colour, or texture in mind, you're welcome to supply your own and we'll work with it. Just let us know at the time of booking so we can plan accordingly.

It depends on the style and your hair type. Cornrows: 1–2 hours. Box braids or knotless braids: 4–6 hours. Faux locs or crochet: 4–7 hours. Loc services: 2–4 hours. We'll give you an estimated duration at booking so you can plan your day.
